We here at Richland model know things just happen during the shipping process. We do our best to package your items with this in mind, but lets face it. Things just happen that are our control and your control. With big shipping companies transporting items all around the world.

If your item arrives and the package looks damaged in any way at all use this guideline so we can assist you in getting your item replaced.

1) Take pictures of all sides of the box before opening

2) take pictures of your item in the box still in all of its packing materials

3) Unwrap your item and inspect for damage if there is any please take a picture of that as well.

Send an email describing where you package was dropped and its condition to pixelandprops@gmail.com 

This will not affect your item being replaced, its so we can file a claim with the carrier.
